Products purchased at the e-store can be exchanged or returned within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To make an exchange:
* Only products with a fixed label, not washed or altered and unused will be accepted.
To make a return:
*All items are inspected upon arrival and a refund will be processed to your original payment method if it's considered a manufacturing fault.
